Customised Composites specialises in the design, manufacture and testing of high-performance composite components, offering a comprehensive range of manufacturing techniques from traditional wet-laminate and vacuum consolidation processes to advanced aerospace-grade pre-preg materials cured in our in-house autoclave facility. Our on-site frozen pre-preg material storage allows us to maintain a wide selection of carbon and glass fibres, ensuring flexibility and rapid response to customer requirements. With in-house 2D and 3D CAD modelling capabilities, we provide full design support from concept through to production, including composite tooling design and tooling manufacture. We cater for both small-scale prototype work and larger batch production manufacturing, delivering precision-engineered composite solutions to meet diverse industry needs.
